A Virtual Workshop Series Beginning Fall 2023

Join a virtual community of like-minded individuals on their growth journey, where you can engage in deep, meaningful dialogue and participate in activities designed to encourage healing, self-improvement, and growth. Hosted on Zoom and open to the public. All are welcome.

Open Spaces is created for those who:

  • Have a story they want to share with others or want to be heard.

  • Want to better themselves through self-love, self-care, and holistic practices.

  • Are seeking a safe community to connect with others.

  • May struggle with social interactions in-person and feel safer to connect online or anonymously.

  • May feel alone or isolated despite an over-connected world

  • Are looking to gain tools and insights to navigate personal challenges and enhance their mental well-being.

About the Workshop

Workshops are drop-in style, meaning you don’t have to attend each one. Workshops are about 1 hour long, followed by a 30-minute open space for facilitated discussion and conversation.

Each workshop starts and concludes with a mindfulness exercise, including meditation, breathing techniques, and positive affirmations. In addition to the workshop content, you'll receive a digital workbook to complete during the session or at your convenience.

This space is designed for your growth, equipping you with new mental health tools, and offering a place to heal alongside others. A digital space will be held on WhatsApp where you can participate in weekly check-in questions, photo challenges, and connect with others outside of the workshop.

    Identity Work workshop - who are you today? Reintroduce yourself to yourself! Releasing old, potentially limiting, beliefs about ourselves.

  • Mind, Body, Spirit

    A meditation workshop focused on mindfulness practices - learning how to be present in our being and exercises to incorporate in our daily lives.

  • Saying “No” is a Form of Self-Love

    Set or revisit your boundaries to protect your peace. During this workshop, you will create a self-care plan for your worst days, and learn how to practice compassion and self-love.

  • Your Peace Is A Priority

    Find yourself reacting to everything around you and missing out on focusing on what’s important to you? It all begins with Emotional Intelligence and regulation. The perfect workshop for those interested in psychology.

  • The Art of Holding On and Letting Go

    Learn about the science behind gratitude practices and affirmations while identifying what needs to be let go of to make room for the new. This workshop includes a burning ritual.

  • What’s the First Step?

    Stop keeping that great idea in your head. It doesn’t have to be “out-of-this-world” it just has to be out in the world. Learn how to break task paralysis in this workshop and identify the first steps to achieve your dreams.
